Do you have the skills and understanding

to provide holistic trauma care?

A live online training in

Creative and Somatic Approaches to Trauma Care

for practitioners ready to work more holistically.

This training is for you if….

  • You want to support people beyond talk therapy and you want to learn holistic processes for lasting change.

  • You’ve learned the frameworks, understand the window of tolerance, and know the theory, however when a client freezes or spirals, you may still feel unsure what to do in the moment.

  • You want to use creative well-being tools for regulation and processing, however you may not have been shown how to use drawing, movement, and expressive practice in a simple way.

  • You know the nervous system doesn’t shift through insight alone, it needs rhythm, sensation, movement, and presence, however you need a framework to apply the knowledge.

Workshop

This Somatic Trauma Workshop is a two-part live online training series exploring the neuroscience of trauma, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing through somatic and creative approaches.

Drawing on living experience, clinical practice, and extensive training, I bring together psycho-education, evidence-based frameworks, and embodied practice in a way that is both intellectually rigorous and deeply human.

Sally Jean

I'm Sally Jean, a holistic therapist, educator, mentor, creative well-being practitioner, and international presenter working at the intersection of human rights, neuroscience, living experience, and therapeutic practice.

I am dedicated to helping people understand the connection between trauma, the nervous system, and whole-body wellbeing.

I integrate neuroscience, creativity, spirituality, and holistic wellbeing practices to support people through distress and into greater well-being, and brings that same integration into everything I teach.

“I believe in the potential for humans to flourish, because I am living what it means to cultivate a way through what has been hard to carry. This is the heart of the Living Lens."
